８月はロンドン北西部イッピングの森を歩きましょう。
ヘンリー八世の時代に作られたエリザベス女王（１世）の狩猟館やミューゼアム、ギャラリーを見学し、近くのパブでランチ。
また森を散策して元の駅に戻ります。約１０マイル（１６キロ）の歩きです。
This is a forest walk plus historic site visit and museum visit of about 5 hours duration including 1 hour lunch break (bring a drink for walk, suitable walking shoes and money for pub lunch).
Take the Central Line underground train that heads towards Loughton (or Debden or Epping), get off at Loughton. Meet at Loughton Station to start walk at 10:30am. Toilets at the station and also at Sainsburys supermarket.
Walk from Loughton Station towards Epping Forest. Taking Old Station Rd-Station Road- cross Loughton High Road into Forest Road and into the Forest at Staples Pond (15-20 minutes). Once in Epping Forest we will make our way towards the main path, turning uphill towards parking area and main road. We cross the road here and then walking through this delightful ancient forest, passing several ponds on the way. We must cross one very busy/fast road, so please take care here.
In one and half hours we will reach Queen Elizabeth’s Hunting Lodge/ Epping Forest Museum/gallery and shop, together with Pub, café and outside sitting area. We will have 2 hours here to see these interesting places and have our lunch (I have booked a table in advance (for 1pm) as the pub is busy Sundays, but I will need to know numbers of people wanting the pub lunch).
After lunch we will make our way back through the forest, reaching Loughton Station about 5:00pm.

[注意事項・Notes] 地下鉄 Loughton 駅構内にトイレはございますが数が少ないので事前に済ませておかれることをお勧めいたします。
