＜７月のロンドン歩く会のお知らせ＞ Surrey Hills Walk on Saturday 20th July

Meet at Guildford main station at 10.00. 

Walk out of Guildford along River Wey past the Locks. Along Pilgrims Way into Chantry woods via some beautiful viewing spots and along footpaths 

through Chilworth Gunpowder Mills and to Albury. Lunch at The Drummond pub in the garden (weather permitting).

Afternoon walk back through woods to Saint Martha's Church with wonderful views. Continue along footpaths to Pewley down (local beauty spot) and down into Guildford, 

finishing at Guildford Castle and Kings Head pub. 

The walk is about 9.3 miles, (although care has been taken to avoid very steep hills the walk does contain some up's and downs).

ギルドフォード駅よりサリーの丘を辿るウォークです。

駅を出発し、ウェイ川沿いを歩き、春先にはブルーベルで有名なチャントリーの森を散策します。

チルワースのガンパウダーミルなどを見て、煙突で有名な村、アルバリーのパブで昼食（予約希望の方は申し込み時にお知らせください）または天気がよければピクニックも可能です。

午後はセントマーサの丘へ向かい、ここから素晴らしい眺望が望めます。ピューリーダウンのフットパスを続けて歩き、駅へ戻る約１５キロ（9.3マイル）のループ・コースです。

最後はギルドフォード城に近い、パブで打ち上げましょう。

[日時・Date]　７月２０日（土）・　Saturday 20^th July

[集合・Assembly]　朝１０時にギルドフォード駅前に集合。・ 10:00am at Guildford Station.

[昼食・Lunch]　パブで昼食またはピクニック。・ Lunch at the pub.

[解散・Break-up]　午後５時頃にギルドフォード駅。・ Approximately 5pm at Guildford Station. 

[電車・Train]　推薦する電車　・　Recommended trains: 注意＞Cobham やEpsom経由は以下より時間がかかりますのでご留意ください

London Waterloo  09:15発 →→ Guildford  09:51着。 

London Waterloo  09:00発 →→ Guildford  09:33着。 

駅構内（１番ホーム近く）にトイレはありますが閉まっていることもあります。
Toilet facility may be closed in the Guildford station.

[注意事項・Attention]　丘を登りますので高低差があります。適切な靴や服装の選択や必要に応じて杖の使用をご検討ください。

・ Due to an elevation difference when going up hill, please wear appropriate shoes/boots and clothing and use walking sticks if necessary.
